how about checking the PR's formatting?
so everything would stay clean and organized

theoretically if someone adds a PR and it meets the minimum requirements it could automerge itself aside from first contributors

additionally project quality is a bit subjective, making it hard to get a one all solution for it.
maybe account for a hard requirement that can be monitored and met?
otherwise there's always manual review

Agree. But we still have to do a certain amount of manual review.
