Run: gpedit.msc
Set: Local Computer Policy -> Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates ->System -> Migration Options -> Untrusted Font Blocking to Enabled.

Restart your computer.
Result: Cannot start any innosetup installation: Cannot import dll.
