rot-revolv=0 spins in place every layer change and runs into the part

Its not just rot-revolv=0, it seems that all external perimeters generate fine but any infill or internal perimeter is generating in a way that the toolhead is running into the print. It looks like any internal fill or perimeter is being generated on inside mode and external on outside mode.

Am i missing something here? this is a zhaw rotbot clone. The heaterblock and nozzle share the geometry of the rotbot
