Could we use YT premium account and use that account to get parse link and play from that parse link wo ads ?. I heard that YT is doing cook with server injection ads into video stream ?

Newpipe considers no logins to be a privacy feature. That's unlikely to change.

It's against YouTube ToS, if YouTube discovered that then the account would likely be terminated (same with free account), so it's not recommended to use your account cookie for webscraper in general
