v6 chatbot - Header select dropdown onSelect event doesn't bubble up

Rohit reports that the header dropdown with the model types doesn't work correctly in his product. The onSelect event doesn't bubble up correctly. They can access onSelect if they use a regular PatternFly dropdown, but not if they use the one in virtual-assistant.

This is not a release blocker - they recreated the dropdown on their side - but we should fix this.

I've been unable to recreate this in patternfly-react-seed. I reached out to Rohit and Divyanshi on September 18 for additional information and haven't heard back. I'm going to close this for now, but we can reopen if we hear back.

Karthik on the RHDH team helped me get into their workspace and I can see the issue there - going to try some things to see if I can fix it in their workspace.
