error in initPmtk3

Running Ubuntu 12.04 and Matlab R2015b, the initPmtk3 script fails.
In order to get it to work I had to make the following changes:
in initPmtk3.mat, line 49:
downloadAllSupport(); ---> downloadAllSupport([],[]);
in scrapePmtkSupport.mat, line 17:
start = '

<a href="'; ---> start = '

<a href="';
Now the packages download.
